At Lange-Con we’ve always known that many people find the prospect of building a new home intimidating. For many of us building that new home is the largest (and therefore the most important) single investment we will ever make in our lives. Even families with several moves behind them rarely get to the point where designing and building a new home becomes “just routine”.

Because the planning/design process is so enormously important to the future homeowner we decided early in our company’s history to make it the key component of our business and therefore the way we distinguish ourselves from competitors. Even today we are still developing new and innovative ways to make the design process better for the people we build homes for.

We have developed an effective and easily understood process, which will provide a pleasant experience for our clients. With every home we build and with every client we meet, we take the knowledge learned and pass it on to you. By doing this we are ever improving to give you the best design/built system available in North America.

If a company is to succeed in the highly competitive world of custom home construction it must constantly research and adopt innovative building techniques. In recognition of this ever changing and competitive environment, Lange-Con continuously strives to developed new and innovative techniques within its panelized manufacturing facility in Kelowna, BC.

Lange-Con's plant is anything but a typical custom panelized manufacturing enterprise. Panel manufacturing or "panelization" simply refers to the practice of completing as many of the construction steps as possible within a highly controlled environment. Aided by its facility Lange-Con is still very much in the business of consulting with each client to design, blueprint, and build a "one-of a kind" custom home! What panelization has brought to the process is predictable high quality and new efficiency, both of which deliver many benefits to the client.

Their adoption of panelization has also enabled Lange-Con to move into an expanding international market. Lange-Con can offer the customer a complete building package, which can be delivered anywhere in the world assuming that appropriate transportation can be arranged. Competitively priced packages include engineered floors, wall panels, roof trusses, framing materials, windows and doors. As well as, an extensive selection of exterior finishing options.

As part of their move into international markets, Lange-Con achieved ISO 9001 certification in the year 2000.
